The RDI Working Group created by the project will analyze, through the thematic subgroups, all the innovation opportunities at the cluster level and will develop and implement the RDI strategic agenda specific to this cluster. Increasing the cluster enterprise innovation level by creating new products, services and technologies based on research results will contribute to the gradual shift from lohn production to its own creation and the development of a brand with visibility at national and European level. Co-operation within consortia to develop projects will allow the cluster to penetrate both the local market and third-party markets. Management training courses on internationalization issues will increase its ability to coordinate the implementation of the RDI strategic agenda and to integrate the cluster into European and international textile and clothing chains and networks, as well as to prepare cluster management for the Silver” label. The results of the project will be disseminated within a broad-based scientific event. The implementation of the project will have positive effects on all members of the cluster, highlighted by excellence indicators and success stories.
